Axol Work.

Shifts ranked by how many of your accommodations they meet—not by keyword luck or a buried “other” box.

Prospects set needs once (quiet space, seated breaks, written instructions, flexible starts, and more), then browse listings with badges like 3 of 4 needs met. Recruiters tag what each shift can support. Inclusive hiring badges mark employers who mean it. Scout, Express interest, and verify work history in one place.

Four surfaces from the live app. Pick a pillar below: accommodation-fit ranking, mentorship by shared experience, private needs by default, and Recruiters Axol Assist has verified.

Prospects browse fit-ranked shifts, find mentorship by shared experience, keep accommodation needs private by default, and trust Recruiters Axol Assist has verified.

Find work

Shifts sorted by how well they fit your needs.

Prospects set accommodations once. Each listing shows how many needs it meets, like “3 of 3 needs met,” before you open it or apply.

Who it's for

Prospects browse by fit. Recruiters tag supports.

Choose Prospect or Recruiter after signup. Same Axol Work account model—different tools and vocabulary for each lane.

Prospects

Filter by city, sort by fit, apply, track status (submitted → viewed → accepted or declined), withdraw while it’s still submitted, Express interest in a workplace, and ask a Recruiter to verify a past job.

Recruiters

Post shifts with pay, hours, city, and accommodation tags. Review applicants in one place. Scout Prospects, accept or decline, mark shifts complete, and confirm work-history requests.

Network & peers

We don’t say “Connect.” Recruiters Scout. Prospects Express interest. Peers Reach out. Acceptances open chat, a community feed, groups, and Mentorship matching on shared experience tags.

For Prospects

From signup to a shift you can actually do.

Needs first. Applications second. Verification when you’ve done the work.

01

Name how you work

Experience, city, availability, and needs: quiet space, seated breaks, written instructions, flexible starts, predictable routines, lifting limits. Needs are private or profile-visible; you choose.

02

Browse by fit, not keyword luck

Open shifts rise when they cover more of your needs. Badges like 3 of 4 needs met show before you open the card. Inclusive employers above the feed are Recruiters who offer supports and want to hire you, even if they don’t have an open listing today.

03

Apply with a visible trail

Read the shift, apply, then watch status move. Message the Recruiter anytime. Withdraw while status is still submitted.

04

Get verified, leave a review

Add a past job and ask that Recruiter to confirm it. Confirmation gives you a Verified badge and a short, tag-based review of the workplace (for example, accommodations honored, pay on time).

For Recruiters

Post supports on the shift, not in a sidebar PDF.

Company page, tagged listings, applicants, and work-history confirmation—without burying accommodations in a PDF.

01

Company setup, then tagged shifts

Name, address, and workplace supports (headphones, seated stations, structured training). Opt into Inclusive hiring if you actively want to hire disabled and neurodivergent workers. Each shift also gets its own accommodation tags; those drive Prospect fit badges.

02

Applicants in one queue

See who applied across your shifts. Open a profile, Scout them, message, accept or decline. Accepting fills the shift; marking it complete logs hours.

03

Confirm work history

When a Prospect asks you to verify a job, it lands on your Company page. Confirming gives them a Verified badge and lets them review you.

04

Reviews you can stand behind

Verified workers leave tags like “accommodations honored” or “pay was on time,” plus an optional note. Reviews show on your public profile and Company page.

Beyond the listing

Network vocabulary that matches how hiring actually works.

Scout, Express interest, and Reach out aren’t synonyms for “friend.” Pending states stay visible until someone accepts, then you get chat, posts, and groups.

Relationships

Scout & Express interest

Recruiters Scout Prospects. Prospects Express interest in Recruiters. Peers Reach out. While you wait: Scouted · Pending or Interest sent · Pending. Chat has unread dots, read receipts, and emoji reactions.

Community

Feed, groups & mentorship

Post for everyone or just your network. Start or join a group with its own discussion. Mentorship surfaces people who share your experience tags so you can Reach out with context.

Built for this audience

WCAG-minded UI for people who need the job to fit.

We build toward WCAG 2.1 AA because Prospects and Recruiters here depend on the interface itself—not a separate “accessible mode.”

01

Keyboard & screen reader

Clear landmarks, visible focus, skip links, and live regions for messages and notifications. Status isn’t color-only; labels travel with icons.

02

Light, dark & zoom

Theme follows your preference or the system setting. Large hit targets. Layouts that still read when you zoom.

03

Motion you can refuse

If you prefer reduced motion, we respect it. Nothing essential is locked behind animation.

04

Private by default

Email stays off your public profile. Block, report, control who sees your posts, and delete your account from Settings if you leave.
